The Baglioni Hotel London is looking to recruit receptionists to join the Front Desk team., The role requires you to welcome all guests and visitors to the hotel, handle all arrivals, rooming and departures, and have a pleasant, welcoming manner as you are the first point of contact for all guests. You will need to have strong personal skills,and a love of working in a customer focused environment. Knowledge of Pro-tel would be an advantage, but not essential. Fluent English is required.
Qualifications/Education & Languages/Desirable Skills:
Hospitality experience
strong guest orientation Highly responsible. At least one year experience in the international hospitality industry
Previous experience in a similar role is essential with 5 star hotel/resort exposure highly desirable.
NVQ3 will be an advantage.
Trained in ESPA, ELEMIS, THALGO will be an advantage.
English is preferred
Any other language is most welcome
The hours of work are on a shift basis four days out of seven including weekends. The earliest start time is 6.45am and the
latest finish time is 11.15pm.

In addition to other benefits such as hotel discounts, uniforms and meals on duty. A net salary in the range £1,800 – £9,000 (GBP) monthly depending on job position and level of experience.
