Opinion Corporation is an international company based in the USA with offices in Ukraine. Our company is the leader in customer service and consumer advocacy since 2006. Opinion Corporation owns a website that is dedicated to let people share consumer experience about products and services.
We are seeking a number of full-time professionals experienced in various site works such as moderation, keeping records up to date, writing descriptions and providing customer support.
During work you will be receiving posts that need to be checked using our internal protocols. Also, you will be receiving tickets from customers and visitors of our site, all tickets need to be tagged, sorted and resolved. You can be asked to write descriptions of various products and services that are provided by different companies around the world. All the time you will need to follow the determined guidelines related to the call or mail handling.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Fluent English
• Great computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience in customer support (at least 1 year)
• High level of honesty and professional integrity
• Presentation & reporting skills
• Previous experience with CRM systems will be a plus
