Daxx is looking for a Web Developer to work in our office in Kiev. This is a fulltime position. You will work for our Client on-site as member of IT Team of our Client. This is a great opportunity for you to collaborate with international colleagues and build your successful IT career.

Our client is a well knows flight tickets portal in the Netherlands. The goal to make a holiday an experience! We offer exciting and inspirational products at attractive prices. We stand for quality in the performance of our services.
Our client operates independently on the Dutch and Belgian markets. The company employs currently 75 employees spread over 3 locations in Haarlem, the Netherlands, for both private and business customers. We provide all your travel needs, from individual tickets to your custom made trip.
The corporate culture is open, informal and ambitious. The company employs mainly young enthusiastic people who want to put in their share for the success of the company.

Responsibilities:

As a Web Developer you have experience with HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript. You have good communication skills and enjoy working in a team with challenging projects, where daily the limits of technologies as PHP, MySQL, Zend and JavaScript are met. The position of Web Developer is a varied position with lots of room for interpretation. You report to the marketing and development manager.

Requirements:

Experience with (object oriented) software development, particularly with PHP (Zend FW is a big plus)
Excellent Knowledge of (x) HTML (4/5), CSS (3), AJAX Technology
Knowledge of JavaScript / JS frameworks (preferably Ajax/jQuery);
You know how to deal with APIs and web services like XML-RPC, SOAP etc.
Knowledge of MySQL databases in general and in particular
Knowledge and experience with Eclipse / Zend Studio is a pre
Ambitious, motivated, and independent character
Ability to adapt in changing circumstances
English communication skillsTechnology
