Main Function: Head of Contract Management is responsible for Commercial strategy development of the building project. He / She will be accountable for tender and procurement prosess, provision of post-contract commercial support. He / She will will act as the main point of contact for site managers and contractors.

Contract manager will agree budgets and timescales, and gain approval of costs and manufacturing processes.

Responsibility:

Development of an overall Commercial strategy including detailed recommendations for contract type, procurement process, evaluation, risk ownership and post-contract commercial control.
Development and issue of prequalification documentation, management of the evaluation of responses and recommendation for tenderers.
Preparation of tender documentation for the project, including Employers Requirements for the Design-Build and Operation and Maintenance stages. Required are output-based and structured focus on providing a scheme which will deliver the required performance over the life of the asset.
Management of the procurement process, including evaluation and recommendation for award.
Preparation of contract documentation.
Provision of post-contract commercial support, including project ‘oversight’, project controls, claims, variation and reporting.

Requirements:

Tertiary technical qualification in relevant technical discipline, e.g. quantity surveying, building or engineering;
Experience in the construction industry (or production industry for equipment);
Experience of managing capital asset contracts and Claims;
English Language writing and fluent spoken, command of other languages (Ukrainian, Russian, German) will be seen as advantage
