2nd line Customer support Analyst in IT(Tbilisi)
We are searching for a new person to strengthen our Support team that today consists of 5 persons (Bergen, Kiev and Tbilisi).
You have an eye for quality, structure and are not afraid to change our product for the better.
Clients are based in not only Nordic countries but international so some travel maybe required.
You like working with customers, are focused on delivering high quality services and want to reach your goals together with your colleagues
within an agile and competent customer focused environment.
Background
· Have worked 2nd line Software Support, Product Support, Application Support or as a Customer Consultant.
· Have conducted one-to-one sessions with customers to be able to establish the root of the problem.
This includes diplomatic explanations to the customer if they are not using the application correctly.
· Minimum 2 years' experience within support/helpdesk environment (Customer Services or Technical Support) or Customer Consultant role.
· High level of written/verbal English skills (this person will use large part of their time conducting remote sessions,
telephone conversations and troubleshooting with customers)
· Experience of support business applications and processes, if possible within procurement.
· Experience of working within SLA defined support
Role description
- Provide 2nd line support for CMA Contiki software suite.
- Act as one of the primary CMA Contiki interfaces towards the customer
- Demonstrate a professional approach with excellent communication skills
- Work with the customer to both troubleshoot the issues and also keep customer updated of progress
- Aspire to be a Contiki ECM product specialist or Contiki Product Consultant
