For our client – an international aviation company - we are looking for the Candidates for the position of:
Process Engineer
ref. no: QE/RZ/PL/02
Location: Poland
Key responsibilities:
- Responsibility for production process,
- Cooperation with suppliers and customers,
- Management, update and archiving the technical documentation,
- Supervision of a new launches (implementation of new processes),
- Responsible for attaining all aspects of production operation including safety, scheduling, quality,
- Maintain the manufacturing engineering system on part routing and standards,
- Assist supervisors and production employees in resolving manufacturing process problems,
- Searching for a new solutions to reduce costs in its area of operation,
- Making technological tests,
- Constantly improving the process, optimization of production processes.
Expectations:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred,
- 2 years of experience as a Process Engineer,
- Experience in the aviation industry wulde be an adventage,
- Experience in at least one process: welding, stamping, metal processing and assembly,
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, SPC, PPAP / APQP, SMED,
- Knowledge of process optimization methods,
- Very good English,
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to deta,
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills ,
- Very good communication skills.
